Rugby Phoenix Volleyball Club is Clubmark Volley 1 Accredited Club under Volleyball England’s Volley 1-2-3 programme. This National accreditation programme helps volleyball clubs with a junior section to establish good structure and practice, and supports further club development.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The purpose of the codes of conduct are to provide a clear framework within which members, parents, coaches, volunteers and others that are part of the club, or work with it are expected to conduct themselves. The club strives to maintain an environment in which honesty, integrity and respect for others is constantly reflected in personal behavior and standards of conduct.
The club has specific codes of conduct which apply to individuals undertaking different roles that reflect the specific responsibilities within those roles:
